The old Garden had less room for the opposition to evade the attention of #8 and the rest of the big bad Bruins !!!

Invicta Dynamos - but the previous team here was the Medway Bears. When the Bears first played at the MEN we drew a very big crowd as Medway had been a top of the table team at that time. With the resources at Manchester`s disposal it was clear that the Phoenix would simply wave to us on the way to ...

Luckily, you're not also a Montreal Canadiens or Philadelphia Flyers fan. That may not go over well if you cheer for them at the TD. I think you'll be fine, though, if you accidently root for the Leafs or Rangers. The Phoenix jersey will give away that you're not a New England native. How do Brits ...

Nice one - very funny. Yes, Don Cherry is certainly a colourful character and also a bit marmite. One thing for sure though, Grapes loves the Bruins. I happen to be in the pro-Cherry camp - maybe it`s an age thing !!

Nice hat-trick, and being on the PK special team his wheels have to be pretty good, maybe not as fast as Kessell (as you say) but pretty good nonetheless. I agree that this could be a really productive year for Horton.

Our Bruins are an original six club, that`s special and always will be. Nothing wrong with looking ahead though and I am convinced that the Bruins will have their time again - real soon. I guess that four months ago in Chicago there was the expected post-season talk of past players great, including ...

Oh dear, don`t know how long that`s been the case. With the big NHL following in Switzerland I`m sure that some rink shops will stock THN. Might be worth a try. Good luck.

Yes, there is at least one rec team playing out of the Gillingham Ice Bowl (called Medway Madness & I can get you a contact if you want me to) where will you be at uni ? If you`re anywhere near to Gillingham the Invicta Dynamos is a good team to watch, especially this season. And, I understand t...

David, have you tried for the Hockey News ? They print around 30 issues a year. Most of the ice rinks in the UK have copies for sale. Alternatively the Hockey News can be mailed to you direct, I used to get my copy mailed to me in England. I`m sure there are more ice rinks and hockey clubs in Switze...

Yes, good point, pairs up with "Z" like they`ve been playing together for years ! He kind of reminds me of Bob Beers but with the potential to be even better, maybe he`ll realise the potential everyone saw in Gord Kluzak - before his career was brought to an unfortunate abrupt end.

Really hard to choose so I thought I`d vote for Boychuk as this guy has true Boston Bruins ingredients - hard-hitting, hard shooting and plenty of heart. I see this guy as a terific blue-line prospect and choose him as I wil enjoy monitoring the Bruins "D" talent as well as the obvious you...

Hi BruinsFanUK, yep, as Marc hinted, you`re not alone being a Brit based Bruins fan ! There are quite a few of us down here in Kent, it`s a legacy of the fan club twinning (sister clubs) between the Boston Bruins Fan Club (back in the 80`s when it was administered by a group mainly from the Providen...

Right place, right time - that was frequently SATAN during his late & post season stellar spell with the Bruins. BUT....... this time it was you David - right place, right time - and your cousin gets an assist too !!!!! Nice one. KP

My problem is that I seriously don`t have any recent Bruins jerseys ! I think I will have to buy one prior to the game in Prague but if I dont manage to do that (you just dont get many Bruins jerseys for sale over here and it costs a fortune to buy from NHL.com + taxes = import taxes = vat +++ !) I ...
