Yeah good point. I think they had a good start, but it might effect them from here on out.

That's the good and bad thing about minor league affiliates...although Providence has their affiliate to draw from as well, being Reading Royals and some team called the Chiefs, but I forget what city they play in.

Johnstown Chiefs they're actually the team that the Charlestown Chiefs were based off of.

They play the Monarchs tonight, some people at my work are excited about it because they're expecting a crowd there tonight. Since the B's got good again the Monarchs fanbase has disappeared apparently

I wish Vermont had a minor league affiliate. Maybe once they build the new arena for UVM we'll get something.

Yeah I guess lol

if I get out of work early I may DVR the Bruins game and go to the PBruins game tonight, but I don't really see that happening

Yeah, that'd be weird to say the least. Good that the Jr B's are still holding strong with all the call-ups, but unless you already had tix, I don't see why you'd purposely miss the B's play - just me?

well I'd watch the B's game when I got home, so it would be like watching back-to-back games. The thought of jeering all of the Monarchs fans at my work makes me want to go. A few seasons ago the Garden was empty and 'the jungle' was full. I get a sort of enjoyment that the tide is turned and wouldn't mind rubbing it in the face of the people who made fun of me liking the Bruins just a few seasons ago.

Yeah, that is a good reason to go. Kinda like me going to see the Bruins play in the ACC this April

Yeah it would be more satisfying if the Boston Bruins played the Monarchs, but since that's not going to happen I hope the PBruins end up destroying them tonight
