Yess Wakefield 10 wins! I can't believe the Sox fans at every ballpark now. Washington and Atlanta were dominated, non stop lets go red sox chants and cheering for them. I remember even when they played Seattle tons of sox fans. It makes me want to go on trip to a different stadium. We didn't really make plans yet, but could happen this summer.

Yeah Nomahhh! He got one long standing ovation.

Smoltz not so good, oakland's pitcher shut them down.

Also 6 Red Sox to the ASG!! Pedroia and Bay will start, reserves are Youkilis, Beckett, Papelbon, and Wakefield's first trip to the game!

I'm watching the Sox game and everyone is wearing a jacket. Wtf it feels like October. Seriously is this a July or October night? I might be going tomorrow night. And I'm wearing shorts, F the weather lol. Only got 2-3 months to wear shorts.

Hopefully Papelbon will close this out.

Yeah I had fun, It was a decent game. Ortiz hit a homerun, and Pedroia too. They should of won. Pitching sucked though. They should of used Delcarmen and Bard only after Penny. Masterson sucks lately. Aw man hope you get a chance to catch a game in Toronto.

haha you know it. I saw a few people with just shorts and a t-shirt. It wasn't that bad. It was a little chilly, but I can handle it. It just feels wayy to much like October at night right now. I let my dog out a few minutes ago and I could see my breath wtf.

Yeah I took my dog out at like 0330 and it was cold, pretty cold. Then he didn't want to go back in, and I had to chase him half asleep. ugh.

Interesting talk about Roy Halladay. That would be insane if he was on Boston. I doubt Toronto will trade him to the Sox though, being in the division and all. But if its a good offer, they might not turn it down. http://www2.nesn.com/boston-red-sox/2009/07/13/motives-behind-buchholzs-start-may-not-be-so-innocent/

Anyone watching the homerun derby tonight?? I'm rooting for Carlos Pena.

I dont see why the Sox need Halladay especally with the way Beckett is pitching this year and Lester is starting to look real good again maybe if the Jays would be willing to take a chance on Dice K wich I doubt they would. So even if Halliday is available I dont think Boston is a good fit for him right now and im pretty sure some teams in the NL would make a huge push to get a guy like Halladay on there team.

Lets just hope he dosent end up with the Yankees.

Would it surprise anyone in Sox Nation if he became a Yankee? I doubt it.

Marc yeah I agree. Though Imagine Beckett, Lester, and Halladay in the playoffs. And maybe Wakefield as the 4th starter. I don't think they have too much confidence in Penny and Smoltz. They should be fine though, Smoltz just won his last game.

I wouldn't be surprised. Yankees still wouldn't win it all though lol. I heard the favorites are the Angels and Yankees. I rather the Cardinals or someone in the NL get him.

AL wins all star game again!! :)
