I'm trying to fill the backround of a picture in black, but I cant figure out how to do it in photoshop. Is there a fill button like paint has?

Yes, sort of. Your best bet would be to cut out the clover/B (click in white area and choose select all - Control 'A'), deleting the background white, and going to File> Fill> Background Color. Make sure that the clover/B is the top layer, otherwise you're just going to have a black square.

Ah ok cool thanks Hvisc. It is kind of hard to do the middle where the B is. But the white backround was easy to make black.

How can you change the size of a gif file? I tried opening one in photoshop, but it said you can only view 1 frame, and if you save it will overwrite the file.

Hmmm...not sure I follow what you're trying to do, and what you say happened. You'll have to explain it a bit better.
